What Is ThinkTank?
At Citizen, building a community is at the heart of everything we do.
We believe that when senior living leaders come together to share, collaborate, and innovate, the entire industry moves forward. ThinkTank is the prime example of that belief in action.
Launched in 2023, ThinkTank is an exclusive, invitation-only event that combines the rugged beauty of Kananaskis, Alberta, with high-level marketing expertise.
This isn’t just another conference; it’s a curated experience designed to help you step away from the daily grind and work on your business, rather than just in it.
You’ll gain access to exclusive research, participate in interactive workshops, and network with a limited group of peers in one of the most majestic settings on earth.

Hear From Past Attendees
It was truly amazing, grateful for this opportunity and every Citizen team member was kind, ready to help/support/shower me with Canadian hospitality. A truly special experience.”
I wanted to let you all know what an incredible conference you created. Over the last 10+ years in senior living, I’ve attended more conferences than I care to count and ThinkTank rates at the very top. Not only was everything top notch, but the sessions were incredible, your culture shined through, and getting to know so many incredible people from your team and several companies was truly a gift.
I had no idea what to expect going into this, and I left feeling beyond grateful for the opportunity, as well as fairly exhausted!

Really impressed with the genuine kindness and energy from the entire Citizen crew! Appreciate the generosity from the entire team and all the hard work that goes into making these large-scale events such a success. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
